-Children must be accompanied by an adult
-open to children of all ages in our congregation
-$10 per person for golf and pizza which is to be paid in advance by January 31
Make checks payable to "Temple Beth Torah" for $10 per person
Attach note "att: Mini Golf" with names of players
Bring or mail your payment to the temple office by January 31 please.
