Worship

Worship opportunities at Temple Beth Torah are many and varied. All members, regardless of age, are bound to find a worship service that is both meaningful and joyous. In addition to our Shabbat service, which offers a broad spectrum of styles of worship. We also offer "Tot Shabbat" services for our youngest members. Our Shabbat services begin at 7:30 pm except for the first Friday of each month which is our Family Service and begins at 6:00 pm. Our Torah Study group meets for an hour of study each Saturday morning beginning at 8:45 am. Our Shabbat morning worship service begins at 10:00 am.

During the months of June and July our Shabbat Services are at 6 pm each Friday. Saturday morning Torah Study meets at 8:45 am followed by Kaddish in front of the Ark.

Our congregation encourages acknowledgement of our member’s life cycle events: baby naming, religious school Consecration, B’nai Mitzvah, Confirmation of our 10th grade students, special birthday and anniversary blessings. Yizkor (Memorial) services are offered four times per year. Our High Holy Day observance, complete with choir and special family-oriented services, are some highlights of our worship calendar.

The spiritual leadership of Rabbi Andrew Rosenkranz and Cantor Jennifer Duretz Peled make our worship experiences personal, healing, warm and meaningful.
